Project Diva, the rhythm game that I first fell in love with. Like many, my true first encounter with rhythm games were entries like Guitar Hero and Parappa The Rapper on PS1. I never ventured further into the genre until I met my partner. She was really into Project Diva and showed me Project Diva F and shortly after, Project Diva Future Tone for PS4. I was intimidated by the game. It looked fast paced; complicated. I just couldn't get into it.
After being gifted a modded PSP, I began my Project Diva journey. and WOW!!! I finally got it... I saw why so many were into the series, and Miku (I wasn't very familiar with vocaloid at the time). I quickly fell in love with the series and the music. We played so much Future Tone (PS4) together. You can read more about my love for Miku over on my collections/thehatsunemiku page. We even made a custom 4 button controller to play Future Tone with.
In May 2021 we decided to add Project Diva Arcade to our collection. What a beautiful cab fit for our queen Miku. We really cleaned this one up. The marquee is gorgeous and had very minimal damage. We even handwashed the side banners to really help it glow. It only made sense to add her to our home. Peep the little Miku nendos up top :3
March 2021
Before we purchased this cab we played Project Diva Arcade data on our Vewlix with the SVRE-9 controller. It was honestly REALLY fun. Silly, but fun.
