Welcome to my thrift finds & secondhand treasures page! I'd like to say while some of these were found in brick and mortar locations, others may have been purchased online, while still being second hand. Either way, these bits and bobs were once loved by another but now they are loved by me!

Badtz-Maru Wallet, 1997.
Found this gem in a local thrift shop on a 30% off day. Came out to $8. Yeee had to bring this home. It came with a very long photo/card insert that fits like 10 cards. Kind of a lot. but it's precious. I still have it but plan on giving it to a friend for her bday :3
A $0.99 find! It has two small hooks on the sides if I want to add a purse strap to it. There's two zipper pockets when the flap is lifted. It's about 8in x 5.5in and the zipper pulls are hearts!

And inside that pink pouch I keep this camera! It's a CyberShot DSC-U10 that I purchased on Buyee for $50. Feels like a lot but I've seen people trying to sell this for $200 on mercari... ya, no. This little digicam has been in my bag since it was delivered. I'll post some photos soon that I've taken with it. At 3.3in long, this little camera has been so fun to carry around!
Sweetly Bunny Handbag
I found this cute bag at a more "upscale" thrift shop in Claremont, CA for only $8 and later found the small shop that sells it online. Not a bad deal! While I don't typically wear white, this pattern is so CUTE! A little handwash and she was as good as new! I've taken it out a few times (see the pic here) and I of course adorned it with some matching keychains.

Cinnamoroll Bag, 2007.
OBSESSED! Another recent bag pick up. I got this on Mercari, well a friend purchased it for me. The seller blocked me after I asked to verify if it as still available and didn't purchase it right away...wild. I have a small backpack with the same pattern that I picked up on FB Market place 7 years ago. When I saw there was a messanger bag version I had to have it. This honestly looks like it was never used. I had to reverse image search to pattern to even find the listing on mercari. I use this on my 'outing' days when I take my TN, journal, and such to the library or cafe with my friend.
Been really trying to get back into "One Use" Devices. My partner modded an old Ipod Video for me recently and it hasn't left my side since. I keep it in this little Pompom Purin pouch I thrifted for $4! It's a perfect fit and even has a loop in the back for me to attach to my belt.
This $1.99 bag was def meant to be a makeup brush pouch but I use it as a pen case. The front zipper pocket holds my 4 go-to pens, and the other compartment holds some other pens, correction tape, and mini fold up scissors. I can't believe I almost left this at the thrift before my friend said "that was meant to be your pencil case, be so for real!" and she was so right. While I would love to have a slightly larger pen case, this helps me keep only the essentials on me when I am out.
Thrifted this in 2019 but had to make sure to include it. At $8 this Hamtaro Pillow is one of the coolest things I've ever found at a goodwill! Was so surprised to find something Hamtaro out in the wild.

I don't often thrift plushies, but I have a calico cat now, and this Rilakkuma plushie was a perfect addition to my collection. I have a few other Rila/Korilakkuma plushies now and I'm so happy this one is part of the bunch.
.Hack Manga

Dot Hack Items out in the wild? Ya, that's coming home with me! I got this bunch of books for $15 total. I definitely had the .hack//Legend of the twilight manga growing up, but I'm pretty sure my brother has them now Very excited to reread these. Still trying to play through the GU series. I started it last year but it's time to revisit the game.

Manga
During the trip that I picked up these .hack books, there was a good amount of other manga. I don't often see manga at goodwill anymore. I picked up E'S books since they just felt really nice and they were originally published by Square Enix. The quality of the books feels really nice too. Also picked up Vol 1 of Inukami! for only $1.99.
I had the US version of these cds back when they were released during my youth. Pretty sure they are at my family's house (maybe one day I'll get them back...) I picked these up at the beginning of Feb 2025 on Buyee. They are the Japanese version of the cds. Really cool to see that the cds themselves look different than the US ones. I picked up a cd player a while ago and had to test it out, so I pulled these out. I was sooo into .Hack//Sign so having these back in my collection is really nice.
Found this Hello Kitty plushie backpack in mid 2024 I believe. I'm always on the look out for "older" sanrio items. She's pretty clean. While I haven't used this for its intended purpose, she is hung up in my room where I get to see her everyday!
